Host Scholarships for Students from Ukraine and Russia in Canada

Apply for the Host Scholarships for the Ukrainian and Russian Student Community presented by Quebec Research Fund - Society and Culture (FRQSC) for the academic year 2022-2023 to receive funding to begin your academic career in Canada.

Students from Ukraine and Russia who want to enroll in a graduate program or a research internship at a university or college in Quebec are the target audience for this program.

The three funds, Nature and Technology, Health, and Society and Culture (FRQSC), each have their own independent goals and governing bodies. Bill 130, which aimed to restructure the three Quebec granting funds, established the fundamental framework of the Quebec Research Funds on July 1, 2011.

Why enroll in a program at the Quebec Research Fund for Society and Culture (FRQSC)? In order to foster the growth of knowledge and innovation, the FRQNT fosters and supports the best possible research and the education of the next generation of scientists, mathematicians, and engineers. We provide them with financial assistance while assuring the strategic and cogent advancement of research in mathematics, the natural sciences, and engineering at the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Nature et technologies (FRQNT).
